Oops!

In this message we look at the first few verses of 1 John 3 to get a sense of our bearings as believers. The scale of God the Father’s love towards those who really should be subject to His judgement but are instead adopted into His family. And just as Jesus wasn’t recognised for who He was, so Christians must expect their identity as sons and daughters of God to go similarly unnoticed. But all will be revealed when Christ returns and we are transformed to be with Him eternally. And in the meantime we must seek to purify ourselves to be more like Him, thereby showing Him to those around us.
