Oops!

Paul continues to reveal more of his heart, in this letter to the church in Corinth, by pleading with those who will not acknowledge the authority of Christ over their lives. The hour for accepting salvation is now when the message is heard before it is crowded out with competing thoughts. Paul lists the variety of contrasting experiences, challenges and emotions he has had to deal with in his office of minister of the Gospel before reminding his hearers of their duty to be holy. They are to make sure that they do not bind themselves to that which is unholy and thereby compromise their faith.
