This Psalm, written by David, begins by praising God’s power and dominion above and beyond anything we, His creatures, can comprehend. In the light of this glory David calls us to consider how amazing it is that God is interested in mankind. More even than this, the Lord, in His wisdom, has chosen to bless us with status and authority only slightly lower than the heavenly beings.
