Oops!

After naming three of the woman who were significant contributors to Jesus’ missionary team, Luke recounts the well known parable, usually called the parable of the sower but more accurately a parable concerning four different types of ‘soil’. As Jesus explains the parable’s meaning to His disciples we can see that although there may be different reactions to hearing the gospel only one results in salvation.
