Oops!

Beginning a new series of messages in the gospel according to Luke, Pastor Patrick introduces the author and the emphasis that distinguishes his account of the life of Jesus Christ from those of Matthew, Mark and John. The only Gentile writer in the New Testament, Luke, as a physician, and historian, wrote with precision and great accuracy desiring to show the humanity of the Messiah. He begins his account by stating his intention to use his comprehensive research along with the eyewitness accounts he had heard to produce a “orderly account” of the good news of life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
