Oops!

Jesus’ model prayer continues with a consideration of our dependance on God, our heavenly father, for all our needs. There is nothing we have, need or want that doesn’t come from Him. And we need to live day-by-day acknowledging our reliance on His provision. We need to come to God conscious of our sin and our need of His forgiveness remembering that as we owe this debt to God we should repay it by forgiving those who have injured us. And although God never tempts us to sin we need His guidance to avoid it.
