Pastor Patrick resumes his teaching in the book of Matthew. Jesus’ three prayers were explored within the framework of the two wills, that of God and man, the importance of a prayer life and the support of Christian’s brothers and sisters. Christians are then encouraged to ‘watch and pray’ always since temptation lurks so closely. Through prayer, the human’s will does not have much sway, but God’s will becomes much more dominant in our lives and our closeness to God is strengthened even during times of crisis and challenges.
