Oops!

Matthew continues to illustrate Jesus’ deity by recording a series of healing miracles that Jesus performed for three people thought to be of lesser significance in the culture of His time. The instantaneous healing of a man in the advanced stages of leprosy was a dramatic demonstration, to the crowd following Him, that Jesus was far more than just a great teacher. Here was someone that could do things only God could do.
